Privacy notice

This website is run by AutoWeave AI Pte. Ltd., UEN 202648494K, of 10 Ubi Crescent, Blk 10, Lobby B, #05-31 Ubi Techpark, Singapore 408564 (“AutoWeave AI”, “we”, “us”). This notice explains what personal data we collect through the website and our staff namecards, why we collect it and what we do with it, in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

When you send an enquiry. When you book a Discover call or send us an enquiry, we collect what you type into the form: your name, company, role, work email, the area you’d like to start with and your message.

On our staff namecards. Our staff can publish a digital namecard. Each card shows only what that person chooses to publish, such as their name, job title, department, photo, work phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn profile and a short bio. Staff can change or unpublish their card at any time.

To keep the site safe. To stop spam and abuse, and to count namecard views, we use your IP address. We store it only in a scrambled (hashed) form that can’t be turned back into the address. The hashed form used for spam limits and view counts is deleted automatically within a few days; the one saved with an enquiry is kept and deleted with that enquiry.

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

We use your enquiry details to reply to you, arrange a call and follow up on what you asked about. We rely on your consent, which you give when you send the form, and on the fact that these are business contact details you have shared with us for business purposes.

Namecard details are published by our staff, with their consent, so that customers and partners can contact them for work.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer. We’ll stop using your details for that purpose and tell you if that affects anything you’ve asked us to do.

We keep each enquiry for 2 years from the day you send it, then it is deleted automatically, unless we need to keep it longer by law. A namecard is removed when the staff member unpublishes it or leaves the company. Hashed IP addresses used for spam limits and view counts are deleted automatically within a few days.

We store personal data with Amazon Web Services in its Singapore region (ap-southeast-1). It is encrypted at rest and access is limited to the people who need it to do their job. We use a service provider to send email; it handles your details only to deliver our messages to you.

We never sell your personal data or share it for anyone else’s marketing.

We never use your personal data to train AI models.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, how we have used it in the past year, and to correct anything that is wrong. Write to our Data Protection Officer at the address below. We’ll confirm who you are, then reply as soon as we reasonably can, normally within 30 days. If we need longer, we’ll tell you when to expect an answer.
